Today, I find that it’s a bit difficult to find new software from the Internet to install on my iBook G4 laptop. It’s because most of the new software requires a newer version of Mac OS i.e. 10.5 or 10.6.
Most of the time, I have to check for what the software requirement before I’m going to download software. If I see something similar to the screen below, I’d skip it..
However, if there is a link to older version, I ‘d jump to the link without any delay. It’s only my choice to pick a right version for my laptop at this time.
Whatever it is, I have to admit that my iBook is old but it’s still working fine. The operating system itself is still runing without any problem or cause an issue. So I’d stay where I am then look for a opportunity to change or have a new computer later…
